Chinese fine dining in a captivating setting inspired by a golden age
Savor sumptuous Cantonese cuisine amid artistic details and vases inspired by the Qing dynasty
The dining room at Toh-Ka-Lin evokes a golden age of refinement and exploration. The richly detailed décor combines deep red tones with ornate gold accents, and vases from the famous ceramics center of Jingdezhen are on display to be admired. World-class Cantonese dishes like jellyfish sashimi and braised whole abalone are prepared under the supervision of our highly decorated head chef.
Experience the finest Cantonese cooking amid timeless elegance
Toh-Ka-Lin brings a sense of being transported to another time and place, a period in history when refinement was key, or a paradise hidden from view. The peach blossom motif, with golden flowers seemingly floating along the walls, creates a dream-like tranquility. Scenes of Togenkyo, a mythical paradise, decorate the private Togen room.
Toh-Ka-Lin's Grand Chef Ryusei Chin has been awarded a Medal with Yellow Ribbon. Such medals are given to individuals whose diligence has made them public role models. Chef Chin won the Contemporary Master Craftsman Award 2021, with his seasoning and steaming skills in focus.
