Opening Hours

Orchid has a smart casual dress code and is open from 6:30 until 22:00. Breakfast is only available to hotel guests on weekends, holidays and and from March 1 to April 27, 2025.
Nouvelle Epoque is only open for breakfast on Tuesdays, excluding national holidays and a day before holidays. Smart-casual dress is required for breakfast (7:00 - 9:00) and smart-elegant dress is required for lunch (11:30 - 14:30) and dinner (17:30 - 21:30).

Yamazato is only open for breakfast on Wednesdays, excluding national holidays and a day before holidays. The dress code is smart casual.

Starlight Lounge & Bar is open from 14:00 until midnight on weekdays and 11:30am to midnight on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. The dress code is smart casual.

Okura Fitness & Spa is a membership facility. Guests staying at the hotel may use the gym and pool free of charge. The gym, pool, shower room, and relaxation area are open from 6:00 until 22:00 from Monday to Saturday, and from 6:00 to 21:30 on Sunday. Massages are available from 11:00 to 21:00, and the Club Salon is open from 10:00 to 19:00.

The Okura Spa has seven private treatment rooms and is open from 10:00 until 21:00 every day, with a final appointment at 19:30. Reservation changes or cancellations must be made by 18:00 hours the day before, otherwise the full treatment price will be charged.

Our Lobby Concert 25 was established as part of Mécénat activities to commemorate the hotel's 25th anniversary in 1987. From 17:30 to 18:00 hours on the 25th of every month (with the exception of December when the concert usually takes place on the 24th), we host a free concert in our iconic lobby. Designed to support local musicians, Lobby Concert 25 has been supervised by Naoto Otomo since the hotel’s 50th anniversary in 2012. Donations collected at the concert allow us to fund organizations prioritizing the arts and culture, as well as promoting Mécénat activities.
