One Harmony members can celebrate their birthdays in style with exclusive benefits, each of which can be used within 30 days of the member’s birthday. Benefits include a birthday cake or special dessert, up to 30% off a suite as a 'stay benefit', bonus points, and even late check-out. When using a benefit, please make a reservation and present your birthday voucher. Stay benefits can be enjoyed when booking a room by phone, email, or online via the hotel's official website.
The Okura Tokyo publishes a monthly newsletter exclusively for One Harmony members. The newsletter contains information on room and restaurant offers, as well as upcoming events and exclusive benefits for One Harmony members.

Stay benefits can be used when booking a room by phone or email with The Okura Tokyo Reservation Department or the Okura Nikko Hotels Booking Center, or by booking online on the hotel’s official website.
You will need to present your membership card or digital membership card at check-in.
As well as bonus points, Loyal and Exclusive members can receive ‘stay benefits’ such as up to 15% off suites.

Members can redeem these benefits at any time within within 30 days before or after their birthday. You can enjoy these benefits by making a reservation in advance and either presenting your birthday benefit card or showing your digital membership card.

The restaurant can prepare a birthday cake or special dessert for you. Participating restaurants are Nouvelle Epoque, Yamazato, Sazanka, Toh-Ka-Lin and Orchid.
* Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance. At the time of reservation, please mention that you will be claiming your birthday benefit.
* Cake / dessert cannot be made to order.
* The birthday cake will be served after 11:30 a.m.

Members will earn 300 bonus points when spending ¥50,000 (including consumption tax and service charge) or more on one occasion at the hotel's restaurant or bar during your birthday month.

Members who introduce customers planning a wedding at our hotel, as well as the members themselves, will receive points as a special reward upon confirmation of the wedding. Additionally, as a token of celebration, we offer a special wedding anniversary gift to couples who have held their wedding and reception at our hotel.
・Fewer than 50 guests: 5,000 points
・50–150 guests: 10,000 points
・151 guests or more: 15,000 points
・For every additional 100 guests beyond 151: +5,000 points
* Both the bride and groom must be One Harmony members at the time of confirmation.
* Points will be credited in the month following the wedding reception.

If the introduced couple confirms their wedding at our hotel, the referrer will receive points based on the number of guests after the wedding reception.
